| Dear EASIER Partners,
The COVID-19 pandemic and the measures undertaken worldwide by the governments are affecting everyone, from our families to our businesses, to our first responders who are bravely in the front lines. Protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority. EASIER, IER and Automatic Systems are maintaining their activities at this stage, but in order to comply with social distancing requirements at our manufacturing facilities, we have decided to temporarily close our factory in Wavre – Belgium. In these extraordinary times and while we will continue to maintain our operation and to mitigate the effects of these measures, there may be circumstances where temporarily it will not be possible to meet our commitments and as such these commitments will be suspended during the COVID-19 outbreak.
