Design of Airport Building Services and Utilities, Consultancy and Engineering Services

Today, Deerns Group announced it has acquired a number of assets of Ibinser, a Spanish engineering consultancy firm headquartered in Barcelona, specialised in building services and sustainable engineering and design. A highly qualified team of nine Ibinser consultants, project managers and engineers in Barcelona and Madrid will join Deerns SL in Spain. All existing client relations and ongoing Ibinser projects will be assumed by Deerns with the consent of these valued clients, and project execution will be continued without interruption.

With this, Deerns re-launches its presence in the Spanish market, making available the Group’s vast international expertise and resources to prime private and public organisations in the Iberian markets and anticipating on a gradual recovery of the Spanish economy.

Ibinser was founded in 1988 and has served many clients in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, providing consultancy, engineering, design and project management services to the touristic sector, retail facilities, commercial real estate, cleanroom laboratory and production facilities and data centres. With this transition, Ibinser will cease activities.
