Design and construction of a new terminal building including power supply and distribution, water supply, food court facilities and air-conditioning.

Application of special systems such as baggage handling and hand baggage screening is also included.

The island of Saint Martin is frequently subject to hurricanes, earthquakes and heavy rainfall. This not only has consequences for the structure and the installations, but also requires the provision of protocols to make the airport operational again soon after such disasters occur.
