The first quarter of 2017 has been achieved – and we can breathe again after a rapid start. At the beginning of the year we were present at two trade fairs, and we presented our multi-faceted product portfolio to the trade visitors from the Call Center and Aviation sectors. A big thank you, to all the visitors that came to our booth, for the exchange of ideas and knowledge on the highest level!

Easy collaboration: Headsets for Unified Communications

The start in February made the Call Center World, the industry event for customer service, customer communications and call centers. With over 260 international exhibitors, a trade show of the top class. Our personal highlights were the most interesting conversations with prospective customers and customers, the fundamental interest in our BusinessLine 3000 headset series as well as the great feedback for the expansion of their integration capability in Unified Communications (UC) environments of call centers and offices. The focus was therefore on our monaural  BusinessLine 3000 XS Flex and the binaural 3000 XD Flex. The BusinessLine 3000 series fits seamlessly into your UC work environment with the existing IP telephones or soft phone clients!
