In line with the action point number 5 of the IATA/CANSO/EUROCONTROL Flight Efficiency Plan, The EUROCONTROL Central Flow Management Unit (CFMU) has created a Web Based Training (WBT) module on Flight Efficiency.
This WBT is intended for staff involved in Flow Management, as well as Air Traffic Management staff in general, in order to increase their awareness on Aircraft Operator priorities. It explains the basics of aerodynamics, aircraft and engine performance, choice of optimum routes and levels, cost index and much more.
