CONRAC MENA, subsidiary of the German DATA MODUL AG, introduces the new IP65 ADVANCED PROTECTED display series 69xx PD with screen sizes from 42inch/106cm.

Based on the latest generation of energy efficient E-LED panels and DATA MODUL’s innovative IPC3 electronics, the new series offers highest performance in applications requiring a high degree of protection against rough surroundings. Examples are Passenger Information Systems at airports when installed in areas involving challenging ambient conditions, such as parking facilities, passage ways or in baggage handling systems. The same applies to installations in train, light rail and metro stations.

The maintenance-free IP65 protected information displays are specially designed for 24/7 operation in harsh environmental conditions, both, indoor and outdoor.

Their closed housing with integrated Climate Control System ensures reliable protection against extreme temperature fluctuations, the safety front glass protects against damage caused by vandalism.

SysMon, DATA MODUL’s remote monitor control function, allows monitoring and control of display settings such as stand-by, brightness and contrast, etc. Even the hardware status and the temperature information provided by the optionally integrated climate control system are remotely accessible.

Furthermore, the new NARROW BEZEL PROTECTED series for indoor use is showcased. The series is an upgrade-version of the NARROW BEZEL series, providing an additional safety front glass and the new cFPS system.

Combining stylish design with the requirements of an IP40 front protection, the displays are perfect for use in ambient conditions with higher dust exposure or installations within reach, e.g. arrival and departure information at airports. Available screen sizes are 32/42/47/55inch (80/106/119/139cm).

The new cFPS concept (Flexible Pluggable Solution) allows the easy exchange of the display control box, in which display and control electronics as well as power supply are integrated.

For these products, DATA MODUL guarantees a long term availability of minimum 5 years as well as comprehensive service and support. Due to the use of durable industrial components, the equipment is extremely reliable, contributing to a reduced total cost of ownership. Furthermore the integrated cTEC features like automatic brightness adjustment, pixel refreshing and shifting increase the lifetime of the innovative display panels.

To drive and control the professional public displays, DATA MODUL offers the state of the art Software Suite maXcs®. This Passenger Information System (PIDS/FIDS) is scalable to any size of installation and easily adaptable to operational needs at airports, railway stations and mass transport systems. maXcs® drives all available flat screens as well as existing equipment such as split-flap-, LCD- or LED-boards
