Fraport Annual General Meeting: Shareholders approve all items on the agenda

At today’s virtual Annual General Meeting of Fraport AG, the shareholders approved all items on the agenda. The shareholders elected the following persons to the Supervisory Board:

• Kathrin Dahnke, independent management consultant (91.76 percent agreement)
• Harry Hohmeister, Member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG (80.89 percent approval)
• Mike Josef, Lord Mayor of Frankfurt am Main (85.83 percent approval)

In addition, the previously incumbent members of the Supervisory Board Michael Boddenberg (Hessian Minister of Finance), Dr. Bastian Bergerhoff (City Treasurer and Head of Finance, Investments and Human Resources of the City of Frankfurt am Main), Dr. Margarete Haase (freelance management consultant), Frank-Peter Kaufmann (Member of the Hessian State Parliament), Lothar Klemm (Retired Minister of State of Hesse and self-employed lawyer), Sonja Wärntges (Chairwoman of the Management Board of DIC Asset AG) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katja Windt (Member of the Management of SMS group GmbH) confirmed and re-elected to the Supervisory Board of Fraport AG.
