Global Executive Search for Airports

MD of leading aviation executive search firm Marlborough, is elected to two prominent European industry organisations

Richard Lewis, Managing Director of leading executive search firm Marlborough has been elected both to the board of BEXSA, the Belgian Executive Search Association, as well as EAC, the European Aviation Club.

EAC, based in Brussels, was established in 1991 during a period when the airline industry was in great turmoil. EAC today represents the views of the leading players in European aviation as a driver for change within the industry and at the EU. BEXSA, formed in 1999, provides the Belgian Executive Search profession with institutional representation enabling it to deal collegially with Belgian public authorities and key socio-economic stakeholders whilst fostering a spirit of constructive collaboration between reputable firms and recruitment practitioners.

Richard established Marlborough in 1999 as a retained executive search firm dedicated to the aviation, aerospace & defence sectors. In January of this year Marlborough announced that the company had joined the TRANSEARCH global alliance from where Richard now leads the global Aviation, Aerospace & Defence Practice for this Top-10 ranked Executive Search firm.

Richard currently also sits on the board of London-based British Association of Aviation Consultants (where he served two terms as Chairman), and also helped co-found the Brussels branch of The Royal Aeronautical Society.
