4 January 2011: The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has recognised ServiceTec's ongoing commitment to the air transport industry and its 10 year involvement with the IATA Strategic Partnership programme with the presentation of a prestigious award designed by artist Jean-Pierre Blier. Congratulating ServiceTec on reaching this noteworthy milestone, the IATA Strategic Partnership team expressed its thanks to ServiceTec for its continued support to the air transport industry and IATA.

Established in 1990, the IATA Strategic Partnerships program started out with one area of involvement and a membership of 15 industry suppliers. Since then, the program has grown exponentially to comprise over 30 areas of involvement covering a realm of industry activities and over 300 Partners.

Commentating on the award, David Ison – ServiceTec's Chief Executive Office – commented: "This award marks an important milestone in ServiceTec's history and celebrates our 10 year strategic relationship with IATA.  We look forward to receiving IATA's 20 year strategic partnership award in 2020."
