HYDRO Group appoints "Speaker of the Executive Board"

The shareholders of HYDRO have appointed Mr. Peter Prinz to “Speaker of the Executive Board”. This appointment will be effective as of October 1st, 2015.
During an internal announcement to the HYDRO leadership team Mrs. Barbara Huttegger said “That nomination will provide a clearer and faster decision making process with the Executive Board, so that HYDRO can deliver on its targets more efficiently”.
Mr. Peter Prinz mentioned “I feel very honored and grateful about the additional trust and confidence the shareholders have put into my work here at HYDRO and I am very proud of our leadership team who will continue to deliver our shared vision”.
