Introducing the HTI Balloon Light to the market in May this year has generated a lot of interest for the company and helped secure a number of new clients, especially in the hire and rental industry. With a demo model of the 3 x 1000W HTI Balloon light being used on the Melbourne Western Ring Road, this was a terrific advertising initiative for the product’s introduction.

General Manager of Bliss-Fox, Bryn Jones, believes the new Balloon light will be the preferred product for construction in all traffic areas. "The standard light towers create a lot of glare for drivers whereas the Balloon light is glare free. Road construction contractors are always looking for products to reduce complaints regarding glare, hence the quick uptake of the Balloon light."

Jones advised that because of the success with the HTI Balloon light, the range is being expanded to include a Paver Balloon light. A demo model is currently being trialled and is expected to be available by the end of this year. The Paver Balloon light is 2000W, and plugs directly into the paver machine power source.

Both the traditional floodlights and Balloon lights can be customised for any application, and are ideal for mining, construction, events, road works, general industrial and maintenance operations.
