MEP are pleased to announce that the MEP TCS990 voice switch, configured as an Emergency Voice Communications System (EVCS), was successfully installed and transitioned into service at Heathrow Airport.

The joint team of NATS, Copperchase, and MEP worked closely together to ensure the system met all the requirements and is now fully operational. The High reliability of the TCS990 made it ideal for its role as an EVCS as this system must be available in the event of the main VCCS failure.
