With our ever-expanding Hog Family of Products, we needed a bigger
facility to build them all while keeping up with the demand of our
customers! That is why we have moved into a brand-new 105,000
square foot facility which has expanded the number of
production bays from eight up to eighteen!

Stripe Hog Waterblasting System
|
The Stripe Hog is our award-winning water blasting system for removing or
rejuvenating markings on roads and highways as well as removing rubber
deposits from airport runways.
When it comes to the Stripe Hog, we have your size! With our 40,000 psi
products ranging from 5.2 gpm up to 12 gpm, we have a Stripe Hog that can
meet your demands! Our Stripe Hogs are also versatile in the fact that we
offer auxiliary engine-driven models as well as PTO-driven models. We also
have models that come mounted to trailers or skids. |

Paint Hog
The Paint Hog is a highly customizable waterborne paint truck available in both
atomized air and airless formats. The atomized air version can be used in any
climate due to its paint heating systems while the airless system produces
crisper lines and comes with airfield marking patterns, stainless steel paint
tanks, and meets U.S. emission standards. Both versions can customize their
paint pots, bead tanks, guns, safety packages and more!

Thermo Hog
The Thermo Hog is a thermoplastic longline truck that can apply yellow or white
thermoplastic lines either individually or simultaneously. Our Hog Melter is a
processing plant that can melt thermoplastic at a rate of 8,000lbs per hour per color.
The Hog Melter evenly heats the surface using heated oil, giving you 41 times the heated
surface as a conventional melter! It even allows you to go from cold to full production in
under 1 hour. The Hog Pump is 75% smaller than a standard thermoplastic pump and
can be repaired without removing it from the truck.

Rumble Hog: 3-in-1 Machine
The Rumble Hog is a 3-in-1 multi-purpose machine that can grind away pavement
and roadway markings, groove roadway surfaces for inlaid pavement markings or
cut rumble strips either on the center line or edge of the road. Cutting packages are
available for banana cuts and sinusoidal wave cuts. The Rumble Hog can achieve
cutting and rumbling speeds between 3.5 to 5 mph depending on the surface.
Our high dump system lifts the debris tank so you can easily deposit debris into a
dumpster or dump truck.

Grinder Hog
The Grinder Hog is a grinding and grooving solution made for grinding away
pavement markings or grooving pavement for inlaid markings. The Grinder
Hog comes standard with one grinder head on each side of the truck with an
option to add a second head to each side. With simultaneous vacuum recovery
and our “Automagic Guidance System” which allows it to accurately follow a
line, the Grinder Hog offers a smarter solution to grinding and grooving jobs.

Surface Hog
The Surface Hog Surface Cleaner completely removes and cleans all types of dirt
and debris from asphalt, concrete and other solid surfaces. Mounted on an Isuzu
NRR chassis, the Surface Hog is compact in size with a tight turning radius,
making it perfect for parking lots, parking garages and other tight locations.
The Surface Hog can also restore the rejuvenation of paint and roadway markings
as well as clean porous asphalt.

Concrete Hog
The Concrete Hog is a 20,000 psi concrete mixing truck cleaning solution. The
Concrete Hog can be mounted to a chassis, skid, or trailer and comes with a
volume adjustment knob to easily set pressure without losing throttle. A large
split shaft gearbox eliminates the need for multiple engines on the Concrete Hog.
