The BusinessLine 3000 headsets from Imtradex set new standards in the call center area. An internationally operating provider of information and communication technology, have tested the headsets, which have been developed along with the requirements of professional users in call and control centers. The headsets of the types BusinessLine 3000 XS Flex and BusinessLine 3000 XD Flex have convinced across the board. They both have excellent sound quality, as well as an outstanding microphone behavior and a high wearing comfort.

To assess the quality headsets, the sound quality of speaker and microphone as well as the wearing comfort were in focus. Special the comfort of the BusinessLine 3000 XD was optimized a few months ago, with only one cable leading to the headset. The comfort in the call center daily life, in which communicates takes place over long periods of time, was in addition to the technical performance, a decisive criterion.
