Cobalt is pleased to announce that its Insight100 system for bottled liquid screening has attained certification for use in France.

The French Service Technique de l’Aviation Civile (STAC) has awarded, in April, the performance certificate for the Insight100 model (attestations de performance de type).

To date this is the only product to have received this certification in France and enables the Insight100 to be deployed in French airports for screening of liquids.

The Insight100 has already met the standard set by the European Civil Aviation Facility (ECAC) as Type B standard 2 for screening of liquids, aerosols and gels.
