As testimony of the company’s achievements in this field, Selex ES has recently been awarded a contract to supply a baggage handling system for Paris-Orly airport.

At Inter Airport, the company will also exhibit the MBHS (Multi-sorting Baggage Handling System) and MTTS (Multi-sorting Tilt-Tray System).

One of the most advanced, high-performance baggage handling systems on the market, Selex ES’s MBHS system is at the heart of the Net6000 transit baggage handling system in Rome Fiumicino airport and helped the airport achieve IATA’s Award for Improvements in Service Quality in 2011.

MTTS is the Selex ES sorter proposal based on the innovative Direct Drive Tilting Motion Technology that allows increased sorting accuracy while drastically reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
