Kuala Lumpur Int’l Airport Chooses S4GA Barricade Lights for its Airfield

S4GA supplied its solar barricade lights to one of the busiest airports in Malaysia – Kuala Lumpur International Airport. KLIA uses S4GA obstacle lights to illuminate airfield closed areas during construction works. The lights operate every day using solar energy ONLY. Battery capacity and optimally tilted solar panel ensure a high level of autonomy of the lights: KLIA airport personnel does not need to use chargers to recharge the lights.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

S4GA barricade lights are red low-intensity aviation warning lights compliant with ICAO regulations. The lights are powered by standard type replaceable batteries and energized by solar panels.  Each light is equipped with a frangible mounting which allows fixing the light to the asphalt surface.SP-102 portable aviation lights are made of aluminum and equipped with UV-resistant glass domes. It ensures a long lifespan of airfield lights in the most extreme operating conditions. The optimally tilted solar panel ensures maximum solar energy collection – and, as a result, fast charging. Fully charged battery provides up to 50 hrs of autonomy of S4GA obstacle light.
