Lockheed Martin Business Technology Solutions name change to Leidos Innovations UK Limited

What is the Change?

Lockheed Martin Corporation (“Lockheed Martin”) announced on January 26, 2016 that it will separate and realign its Information Systems & Global Solutions (“IS&GS”), including Lockheed Martin Business Technology Solutions (LMBTS) business segments with Leidos Holdings, Inc. (“Leidos”) in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction. This transaction completed on August 16, 2016.

The final step in the transaction is to formally change the name LMBTS to ‘Leidos Innovations UK Limited’ which occurred on October 18, 2016.

Accounts Payable invoices associated with Leidos Innovations UK Limited POs issued from the Agresso system will continue to be processed by our Glasgow facility as before.

What Can You Expect?

From October 18, all new POs issued by LMBTS will now have ‘Leidos Innovations UK Limited’ the Registered Company name. The registered address and company number remains unchanged.

All invoices submitted on or after October 18 should be addressed to Leidos Innovations UK Limited.

All other aspects of the invoicing process remain unchanged.
