SkyAssist, the Belgian provider of advanced niche IT software for the Air Transportation Industry, will participate as exhibitor at various niche conferences to present its product portfolio made of The BagAssist suite, the automated lost & found automated software for the Arrival services department of an airline or a ground handler and PaxClaims, the baggage and passenger complaint management software for the Customer Relations department of an airline.

WACRA (Worldwide Airline Customer Relations Association, a group of airline customer relations professionals representing the worldwide airline industry) is holding the 52th annual conference in Abu Dhabi. Sky Assist will participate to this event for the 4th time, presenting PaxClaims, the web-based passenger and baggage claims management product.

Ground Handling International : Vienna, Austria; 29 Nov-01 December 2010 (stand 34)

Ground Handling International magazine will be holding the 12th Annual 2010 conference in Austria. Sky Assist is participating to this event for the 6th time for promoting BagAssist, the web-based suite of products automating the primary baggage tracing process for lost baggage.
