Toyota I_Site is an intelligent fleet management solution designed by Toyota Material Handling to help customers improve in four major areas: costs, productivity, health and safety, and environment. A unique blend of technology with data directly from the forklift fleet and ongoing support and advice coming from specialists, Toyota I_Site offers a holistic view of warehouse intralogistics. 

In short, Toyota I_Site gives customers full access to critical real-time data from anywhere via an easily accessible web portal. This system provides fleet managers with key information about forklift and driver performance that enables them to make factual analysis and develop efficient action plans. Thanks to the Toyota I_Site indicators, they can monitor truck deficiencies, goods damage, battery status, authorise properly trained drivers only to use specific machines and more – a powerful way of running a safe and healthy daily business. TMHE now launches an updated version of the Toyota I_Site with increased user experience and functionality. It boasts various upgrades, among which is a re-designed, fully customisable and user-friendly dashboard interface allowing for instant overview of the material handling operations. For increased safety, Toyota I_Site has integrated a new feature, the pre-operational check, based on a digital checklist that is centrally managed. The device is easily installed on the machine and serves to verify if forklifts are in appropriate working condition before starting. If critical failure is identified during the driver’s check, the forklift is immediately and automatically immobilised or an alarm is activated.
