With the new RB4020 and RB5025 gravity roller conveyors, Montech AG is expanding its conveyor range to include a fully configurable system. These roller conveyors can be adapted to different goods, process steps, and spatial conditions with millimeter precision and are therefore ideally suited for use in airport environments, especially for security checks and luggage transport.
Montech AG is a Swiss technology company that has specialized in the industrialization and standardization of state-of-the-art, unusual belt conveyors, transfer systems, and innovative aluminum framing systems for more than 60 years. The new roller conveyors are available in two sizes: the RB4020 has a 20-mm support roller. It is suitable for smaller containers and light packages. The RB5025 roller conveyor, with a 50-millimeter support roller, is ideal for larger or heavier packages. Both variants are available in single-, double-, multi-track, or tandem configurations. This means that both compact control lines and wide transfer areas and complex infeeds can be realized.
Flexibly configurable system for seamless integration
A key advantage of roller conveyors is their complete configurability. Conveyor width, roller spacing, and track length are defined individually, enabling exact adaptation to existing layouts without any conversion effort or compatibility issues. Unlike many competing products, Montech roller conveyors, available in various sizes and designs, can be combined to form a consistent solution. Side guides and a substructure made of the MPS aluminum framing system complement the modular conveyor system. The result is robust conveyor units that require minimal maintenance and operate reliably under heavy loads.

Thanks to their precise design, the roller conveyors provide smooth, trouble-free transport flow.
