On 20-21st of November, LFV Aviation Consulting held a workshop on Eco Airport and the Green Flights concept at the Institute of Technology in Bandung, south of Jakarta.
The workshop attracted 40 participants from airlines, air traffic services providers, Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Transport.
-We have received good response from the participants. Some have already had knowledge of Eco Airport through the courses that LFV held earlier, says Åke Wall.
Velia Ekström, together with Åke Wall from LFV Aviation Consulting, presented suggestions and methods for reduced emissions with new procedures and systems. Then, the participants worked in groups to make suggestions for environmental improvements.
-The interactive program has created great participation and discussions that have been widely appreciated, says Åke Wall.
