The drive applications in the baking industry are as individual and versatile as the product produced by these systems. Drive systems that are precisely matched to the respective application requirements are of particular importance. The kneading speed and the interplay with the dough’s resting time are factors that influence the consistency and flavour of a baked product. From dough processing to final packaging
