Parchim Airport Now ready for Public Traffic

The Chinese investor has big plans for the Parchim airport, which is located half way between Hamburg and Berlin. With an unrestricted night flight clearance, Parchim should not only become an international aviation hub in the freight sector – there are also ambitious projects for the passenger area en route, such as direct flights to China.
Losberger Modular Systems delivered a hall complex with a total area of approx. 2.650 m² which consists of five jointed Losberger Transfer-Express halls Type 2016 and one Transfer-Express hall Type 2012. This building has everything that is required for an international airport: Waiting areas and customs controls for three gates, baggage carousels for the arrival area, catering facilities, administrative and social rooms. Once again, this project demonstrates the advantages of the Losberger steel halls: appropriate for public traffic without any further linings and with options for an easy expansion for increased passenger volume.
