Belgian company TVH Group, the worldwide leader in the replacement parts, rental, and equipment supplier for the industrial equipment industry has acquired the assets of C-Tech Industries, LLC. (C-Tech), a U.S.A. based company that is considered the leading high quality manufacturer of electronic joystick controllers and components for the industrial equipment industry.

C-Tech will serve as a manufacturing division of TVH and will continue to focus on the quality products that they are known for in the industrial equipment industry. With the acquisition of C-Tech, TVH will increase its manufacturing capabilities for the industrial equipment market.
