NATS, the UK’s leading air navigation service provider, has signed a four year extension to their Business Application Support Service contract with Amor Group, leading provider of business technology solutions to the transport industry.
The multi-million pound contract, which initially began in 2008, will see Amor Group continue to provide round the clock support for an expanded set of key business applications, ensuring service continuity through an experienced team of highly-skilled support specialists and robust processes to deliver the ISO 20000-1:2005 accredited service.
As a leading provider of business technology solutions, Amor Group – based in Glasgow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Coventry and Houston – successfully secured the new contract having worked closely with NATS’ team to realise 10-15% year-on-year cost reductions since the initial service began, whilst providing service levels that are flexible and in line with NATS’ evolving business requirements.
