The robust, highly available and scalable IT system GORDIO AIRPORTS™ focuses on passenger flow and resource allocation analysis and management, providing detailed high accuracy passenger flow forecast in a very fast execution time.

The system supports in a proactive instead of reactive management of the problems in the passenger flow, compared with measurement systems and CCTV, identifying the appearance of the problems before they happen. Automatic warnings signal where the problems will occur in the next hours, allowing a long reaction time to take preventive measures.

The forecast for the next hours is executed continuously, always using the current situation in the airport, any change in the flight schedule or gates and resources allocation being reflected in minutes in the updated forecast.

The decision makers can perform “what-if” scenarios, executing validation forecasts before deciding to take a specific corrective measure.
