Recording and Replay systems for Air Traffic Control

Ricochet AS, a technological leader in Unified Recording, has been awarded the contract through partner Northrop Grumman Park Air Systems.

Noi Bai International Airport, the largest airport in northern Vietnam, undergoes an extensive upgrade and has recently constructed a new Air Traffic Control tower. The airport will benefit from Ricochet’s well-proven technology and the system includes recording of 300 audio sources, At-The-Glass screen recording and LAN data recording.

The Ricochet software supports recording and synchronous replay of both audio, ATG (At-The-Glass/screens) and TTW (Through-The-Wall/radar feed). In case of an incident, the investigation officers are able to see exactly what was presented to the controller, to hear what was said and to reconstruct the actions taken at the time.
