Leading manufacturer of recording and replay technology, Ricochet AS, today announced that Singapore based ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd. and Polish company MultiSoft have signed Ricochet’s Authorized Service Agent Agreement.
ST Electronics provides innovative system solutions to government, commercial, defence and industrial customers worldwide, with a presence in more than 30 cities in 20 countries.
Poland based MultiSoft has a well-established position in solving complex ICT solutions. The company’s main mission is to develop effective and tailor-made solutions to facilitate their clients’ daily work.
Both companies have been partners of Ricochet for the past years, and already have a strong knowledge of Ricochet’s recording and replay systems.
ST Electronics and MultiSoft have completed intensive product training in compliance with Ricochet requirements, making them fully authorized to execute system installations, commissioning and site acceptance tests of Ricochet’s recording solutions and state-of-the-art technology.
Ricochet’s Service Agents will also provide after-sales and technical product support services.
