Elliot:- Hi my names Elliot Stevens, Head of Business Development for Rezcomm, part of Airport Direct Travel. And we are here at APNE this year to showcase our new platform.

We’re showing casing our Rezcomm platform which is our airport centric ecommerce platform which covers both our travel solution our pre-book solution but more importantly now our CRM solution, actually driving and gathering that customer data.

Interviewer:- And in what way are these solutions unique?

Elliot:- The uniqueness is very much about being able to gather the customer data and actually for the airports any services they provide and they want to sell directly selling online through their shop window via their website or maybe through a widget and obviously every time a booking’s made we can gather that data, the key part, the uniqueness is based around that CRM and our digital engagement of how we engage with the customers nowadays.

There’s lots of new developments coming on we’ve invested heavily in our people, we’ve just recently employed a guy from to manage our European side of things, I’ve come on board from a very much ecommerce background. The developments in terms of the product and solution is around that CRM, reporting, and our forecasting capabilities.

Interviewer:- And how will your customers benefit from these solutions?

Elliot:- The main benefit, that’s quite easily actually, it’s increasing their growth increasing their revenue, these are the key factors. We’re seeing exceptional growth from a lot of our UK airports and the few airports we have in Europe so that’s the real key driver.

Interviewer:- Where will Airport Direct Travel be in a couple of years?

Elliot:- In a couple of years, global domination obviously…. Well maybe one step at a time. We are doing a lot more work in Europe as well as the UK, we’re also now getting interest from US and Asian markets, so actually the new platform and being able to work with our airport partners and help with their growth and also even with some of our competitors and actually working with them and sharing that knowledge across the board with our airport partners
