Skiddometer BV11, the world’s leading Continuous Friction Measurement Equipment (CFME). Skiddometer® runway friction testing systems are used today in civil and military operations with close to 400 units. Systems consist of the Skiddometer BV11 trailer or Vehicle Integration and an MI-series computer for calculating, recording and printing friction data.
Optionally the system can be equipped with “WMS” or “On-Board” self wetting systems for runway calibration, i.e. measuring friction in water depth of 1 mm in accordance with the standards of the ICAO and FAA.
