SMV 316 – Supporting Measuring Van

According to customers’ request we designed and built this modern van which can be used for a huge range of applications:

• Guiding van for the Runway Cleaning Trucks like our ARC·1000®
• Service van (workshop completely installed)
• Transport vehicle to haul the Friction Tester Mu·METER FT 256 to the site. The vehicle is equipped with an aluminum folding ramp for loading and unloading the Mu·METER FT 256.
• Towing vehicle for the Friction Tester on-site with strong engine to run at the requested speeds; For the official measurements the van is equipped with a 1,000 litres stainless steel water tank and an engine driven water pump. The driver's compartment is provided with a table to carry the laptop.
