What is PAS 68:2010?

PAS 68:2010 is the UK’s Publicly Available Specification for impact testing of vehicle security barriers and it has become the UK security industry’s standard. Securiscape security barriers have been successfully tested at the MIRA testing site to meet this exacting standard.

Test vehicles are ‘impacted’ into the barriers at set speeds and penetration is measured – i.e. penetration is measured to specific points on the vehicle N1G base of the A pillar and N2 to front leading edge of load bed.
