We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager at San Francisco International Airport; this position reports directly to the VP of Operations. The SFO Site Manager will manage and direct the daily activities of ServiceTec’s San Francisco International Airport IT Support Operations and our shift rotating staff base. Direct and scheduling staff in the support of airport technologies such as check-in systems, flight information display systems, self-serve kiosks, and network systems among others.  Supervising, planning, and managing functions concerning the operational environment while focused on best practice. Carry out supervision, incident monitoring, coaching, training, disciplining, and reviews for all reporting staff.  Creating, developing, and updating internal processes that meet the requirements of our customer base. Professionally representing ServiceTec from a site perspective to all customers both direct and indirect.

  • Ability to control site expenses to meet budgetary goals

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information technology, or related field and/or 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in managing/supervising in an environment with a large campus area network with either a CCNA or MCSE Server 2003 certification
  • ITIL Foundations training/qualifications advantageous
