Servy, the enterprise self-service platform for hospitality, has been acquired by GrayMatter, a leading technology company based in Bangalore, India.
GrayMatter is known for enhancing passenger experiences and boosting airport ancillary revenues through its technology products and consulting services. The acquisition is designed to enhance the strategic growth of the Servy network, enabling the organization to implement a comprehensive approach to self-service solutions within the Travel Hospitality sector and wider hospitality markets. The partnership with GrayMatter will significantly strengthen Servy’s ability to digitize travelers’ complete non-aeronautical experience by leveraging GrayMatter’s leading expertise in analytics and artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2014, Servy set out to create a better airport experience, providing enhanced airport hospitality through mobile ordering technologies. Now, Servy proudly stands as the largest airport e-commerce platform serving over 80 airports worldwide. With Servy’s roots in the United States and European regions and GrayMatter’s reach in South America and APAC, this acquisition is a powerful step towards creating a truly global, market-leading solution that will elevate airport non-aeronautical revenue to new heights, thereby positively impacting travelers and airports worldwide.
