SGS Frangible Towers to Exhibit at inter airport Europe 2019, Munich, 8th - 11th October at Stand 1455, Hall B5

SGS Frangible Towers is a leading manufacturer of frangible towers, masts and poles for hoisting weather equipment (AWOS), ILS, Approach Lights etc. at Airports and Helipads. Both lattice and pole type frangible structures are manufactured for various airport applications. We also offer customized products made out frangible material for aviation.

The towers and mast are made of fiber glass composites to provide frangibility in the products with strength and durability against high wind and Jet Blast as per ICAO Standards. SGS Frangible Towers have been successfully tested for full impact crash by 3rd party as per the ICAO guidelines Aerodrome Design Manual Part-6, Chapter 5 and US Department of Transportation, FAA Advisory Circular No 150/5345-45 C.

SGS Frangible Towers main focus is to provide fully internationally compliant products abiding to all quality assurance procedures. SGS Frangible Towers are cost effective due to internal innovative process designs for manufacturing the frangible components used in making tower and other structure required at Airport. We offer lattice and pole type frangible structures from a height 1 m to 30 m as per the customer’s requirement. The towers above the height of 6 m are provided with center hinge for ease of installation and maintenance.

From 8 – 11 October 2019, inter airport Europe 2019, the 22nd International Exhibition for Airport Equipment, Technology, Design and Services will take place at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany. Renowned as the leading one stop shop event for the entire airport industry, inter airport Europe is the first choice for airport operators when it comes to sourcing the latest airport equipment, technology and services for ground handling, terminal operations, airport IT and airport design. With its international audience of industry professionals from airports, airlines, air cargo carriers and aviation support the exhibition offers suppliers to the airport sector a unique marketing platform.

The last inter airport Europe in 2017 closed with a record visitor number. A total of 13,854 trade visitors from 110 countries came to Munich to discover the latest trends in the airport industry and source innovative equipment and systems. This represents a 9% increase in visitor numbers compared to the previous show. With 654 exhibitors from 43 countries on a total of 31,800 square metres net exhibition space, inter airport Europe 2017 was the biggest ever, increasing the floor space by 7%.
