Shenling to Showcase Airport Terminal Cooling Solutions and EV-Mounted PCA Units at inter airport Europe 2025

At the exhibition, Shenling will unveil two of its latest innovations designed to enhance airport efficiency and sustainability: prefabricated chiller stations for terminal cooling and EV-mounted pre-conditioned air (PCA) units.

Shenling’s prefabricated chiller station is a modular, factory-built plant room that integrates all the essential equipment for central air-conditioning and chilled water supply. Unlike traditional on-site construction, the station is fully built, tested, and preassembled in the factory before being shipped to the airport, ensuring faster installation, higher reliability, and superior quality control.

In addition, Shenling will present its EV-mounted PCA unit, developed to deliver flexible and sustainable cabin climate control. Unlike gate-fixed or bridge-mounted systems, the Shenling PCA is mounted on an electric-powered vehicle, making it mobile, zero-emission, and adaptable for various aircraft parking positions, including remote stands. This solution reduces reliance on aircraft APUs, helping airports lower fuel consumption, emissions, and noise.
