Spantech Delivered a 6,000 m² Aircraft MRO Hangar at Brussels Airport

Spantech delivered a 6,000 m² aircraft hangar at Brussels Airport for Sabena Engineering, designed for both civil and military aviation. The modular MRO hangar was completed in just four months and is fully equipped for operational use.

The aircraft hangar supports maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities for a wide range of aircraft. It includes integrated fire safety systems, heating, and a custom vertical-lifting hangar door.

Located at one of Europe’s busiest airports, the aircraft hangar strengthens Sabena Engineering’s capabilities in both commercial and defense MRO. The project highlights Spantech’s ability to deliver complex aviation infrastructure quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality.
