A successful MLA EXPO for Abloy UK

Abloy UK were delighted to exhibit at the MLA EXPO 2017 this month.

The biennial event which is hailed the ‘largest exhibition for the locksmithing and physical security industry’ received a record number of registrations this year, with people travelling from all over Europe to attend.

eCLIQ was officially launched at the show on stand H2.27; which is the latest electronic locking addition to the ASSA ABLOY CLIQ family. There was also an exclusive free prize draw on the stand to win an Amazon ECHO in addition to lots of Abloy-branded runner up prizes. In order to be entered into the draw, visitors to the show had to answer six multiple-choice questions on standards compliance, which proved to be a topic that generated a lot of interesting debate. Abloy UK’s Commercial Director Pat Jefferies conducted a seminar ‘Know your Fire Door Hardware from your Escape Door Hardware’ on the weekend of the EXPO; a pertinent subject considering the events of this year.
