Temporary Structures and Relocatable Buildings

Date 10.04.2013

Temporary structures specialist Neptunus has invested in a purpose-built office development to support its expanding UK infrastructure. The Neptunus team moved into the offices at the end of last year, now settled into their new home, the team are poised and ready for action and a successful 2013.

Located on the prestigious Swan Valley development off Junction 15A of the M1 in Northampton, the new 11,000 sq m site provides a central location from which to serve the company’s growing national customer base.

With the layout based on the bespoke designs of other Neptunus premises across Europe, the site accommodates a modern three-storey office building as well as large warehouses with loading bays for the storage and onwards distribution of its extensive product range.

Flexolution structures from Neptunus’ own product range form four 24m wide warehouses. As highly sustainable and energy efficient semi-permanent buildings, the Flexolutions look set to achieve a ‘Very Good’ Building Research Establishments Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) rating. As such the warehouses will be used to showcase the structure’s impressive features to prospective customers.

April Trasler, Neptunus’ UK managing director says: “The investment in a new head office represents an exciting milestone in Neptunus’ UK history.

“We will continue to build on the growth that we have achieved in recent years through repeat business from our regular clients as well as the upcoming delivery of several major projects in and around the capital. In addition to providing extra capacity for future growth, the new office will enable us to continue evolving our product range and to expand our service team.

“The team here at Neptunus are looking forward to a prosperous and successful 2013.”
