("TIMCO"), announced today that it has achieved a "Gold" status quality
rating by The Boeing Company ("Boeing") for its aircraft seating
products.  The Gold rating is a measure of quality based on defect
avoidance and speed-to-delivery, and is the highest quality rating
Boeing issues to manufacturers and suppliers of aircraft parts and
components that customers can select to complete their new aircraft
orders.

Brice Seating, maker of the new Featherweight(tm) series of seats, has
been actively engaged in a continuous improvement initiative over the
past year, including a complete overhaul of its manufacturing processes
to produce even better results for customers.
