ELMOD® 7 offers the latest advancements in Aircraft Classification Rating (ACR) and Pavement Classification Rating (PCR), designed to meet the new mandatory classification from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

The new software ELMOD® 7 represents advanced pavement analysis technology, providing airlines with software to analyze the pavement condition and longevity of airport runways and taxiways through reliable, data-driven insights. ELMOD® 7 can determine pavement moduli, stresses, and strains for up to five layers.

The ELMOD software is used together with the Dynatest Heavy Weight Deflectometer. The HWD can apply a loading between 30-320kN, enabling it to simulate the industry’s maximum aircraft wheel loads and is used for quality control on existing and new pavement constructions.
