Jetting Systems manufactures the OSPREY Runway Rubber Removal System and is based in the south of England. We employ a dedicated staff of engineers, sales people and administrators. We operate the latest SolidWorks 3D modeling and design software enabling us to produce highly accurate and high quality equipment which we supply to airport authorities and contractors worldwide.
Using state of the art CNC machining techniques and sheet metal laser cutting we are able to achieve a 'production line quality' finished product.
Equipment is supported by a 24 hour help line and mobile engineering staff.
Growth in recent years has seen our manufacturing facility grow by 400%, a trend which thanks to a first class product is set to continue.

The Jetting Systems Osprey Runway Rubber Removal System has been used in airports throughout the world since its introduction in Hong Kong 1992.
Since 1992 many such machines have been operating in the far corners of the earth and in harsh environments with temperatures ranging from 06 to +55 degrees.
Our unique servo motor oscillating design enables the operator to remove rubber deposits over a 2100mm path at rates which in real time operation are faster than any of our main competitors.
Lateral or Linear modes can be selected at the touch of a button as can rubber removal and paint removal modes, making the Osprey the most versatile pavement maintenance machine on the market today.
