PCA Ducting
ABC offers the best quality PCA ducting on the market to fit almost any GSE equipment and for any environment. We offer both a lay-flat style and a reinforced spiral version (transition hose) to fit all applications.
UltraLyte®
UltraLyte® insulated, layflat, PCA ducting offers the ultimate combination of lightweight convenience and heavy-duty performance. The reinforced seams use a lock-stitch technology with nylon thread that prevents unraveling. The durable fabrics prevent wicking and do not degrade when exposed to Skydrol®. The outer shell is UV-stabilized to prevent harmful sun degradation and treated for mold-and-mildew resistance. The insulation layer has a patented material that is metalized for superb radiant-heat insulation and that prevents cracking or flaking. The material is designed to inhibit growth of fungi and mildew. The inner layer is also treated with mold-and-mildew inhibitors, and the tightly woven fabric prevents delamination.

FloFlex™
FloFlex™ is our most robust layflat PCA ducting. It has a heavy-duty spiral wear-strip that meets military specifications and provides protection along the entire length of the duct. To improve abrasion, we use a 9mm high-molecular-weight PVC to the exterior layer with Rip-Stop™ technology. The insulation material is like the high-performance material found in cold-weather clothing and camping products. The ducting has excellent UV stabilization, mold-and-mildew inhibitors, and meets NFPA-701 Standards.

Wire-Reinforced PCA Ducting
(Round Transition Hose). This is used to connect the layflat ducting to the GSE equipment of the aircraft connector. It has a military-spec wear-strip and is made of a 9mm high-molecular- weight PVC. Excellent abrasion, UV stabilization, and mold-and-mildew inhibitors. Flame-resistant in accordance with UL94VTM-O.

PCA End Finishes / Couplings
ABC offers a wide range of end finishes to ensure proper connection of the PCA duct specific for your application.
Velcro cuff
Features exterior flaps that wrap around the ducting connection point and secure with hook-and-loop on the female end. This design offers GSE crews easier access and fastening ability at connection points.
Attached soft cuff
Comprised of a double layer of appropriate fabric that is attached to a standard ducting end. This will provide extra coupling flexibility for a variety of attachments.
Zipper cuff
Used for compression-sensitive applications. Coordinating zipper assemblies are attached to the two ducts for secure connection.
Zipper / Velcro cuff
One side of a zipper assembly is sewn to the first duct at the connection point. The second duct contains coordinating zipper teeth for a secure fit. Velcro® adds a second layer of protection, resulting in a complete overlap of the connection.
PCA Transition Hose
ABC has a wide variety of transition connectors in both layflat and spiral-reinforced. They meet the same quality and performance standards as our PCA ducting.

Lavatory Waste Hose - 2 performance applications
ABC Produces two types of lavatory hose. One for gravity applications and one for vacuum assist applications. Either can be made to custom length as need for your application.
