Company Profile

  • 70 years' Experience in Aircraft Maintenance

AFI’s new narrowbody heavy maintenance facility at Toulouse-Blagnac has been fully operational since december 2003. It is located less than 2km from the Airbus assembly lines. The new unit will help Air France Industries build further on its long-standing expertise, continue to improve productivity, and reduce TAT. Its location within the Toulouse Blagnac airport zone will provide easier access for customers.

The World’s Shortest TAT for the A320 Family

Air France Industries can carry out heavy maintenance on all aircraft in the Airbus A320 family as well as on the B737-200/300/400 and 500. In the space of a few short years, this activity has been propelled to levels of operating excellence unmatched in Europe, as heavy maintenance on aircraft in the A320 family can now be completed in an average TAT of 28 days and that includes the paint job! The result can be achieved through the experience accumulated by personnel gained from over 200 major A320 overhauls carried out to date.
