IESYS is an engineering and systems integration company delivering solutions for critical infrastructure, with a strong focus on airport systems and Baggage Handling Systems (BHS). We engineer and integrate systems where multiple technologies, interfaces and operational requirements need to work together reliably.

In airport projects, our work covers BHS engineering and integration, baggage flow, screening, routing, controls, automation and system interfaces. We work on both new terminal projects and modernization programmes, including projects where existing systems and airport operations must remain functional throughout implementation.

Our approach starts with understanding the operational requirements, existing infrastructure and constraints of each project. We define the system architecture and interfaces early, then carry the engineering through integration, testing and commissioning. This allows us to consider not only individual equipment, but how the complete system will operate once it is in service.

Our BHS expertise includes baggage handling and tracking, automated sorting and routing, make-up and reclaim systems, SCADA and control platforms, and integration with security screening and airport systems. This includes EDS, CBIS, CBRA and OSR, as well as interfaces with systems such as BRS, FIDS, AODB and DCS.

Our services can cover requirements analysis, system architecture, detailed engineering, software development, equipment integration, installation, testing, commissioning and training, with support after commissioning where required.

For modernization projects, we take into account the realities of working in an operational airport — including existing infrastructure, phased implementation, commissioning windows, temporary operating modes and the need to maintain operational continuity.

We work with airport operators, contractors and technical teams to engineer systems around the way the facility needs to operate. The focus is on reliable system performance, clear interfaces, maintainability and the ability to accommodate future operational and technical requirements.
