Our approved solutions have been utilised across many of the UK’s major airports. We work closely with airports and contractors to deliver fast-installing, compliant hoarding and screening systems that contain dust, reduce noise, and enable efficient project delivery. Options include various fire ratings, support configurations, and the ability to add graphics for wayfinding, branding, or blending with the airport environment.

Internal Hoarding:

• Hoardfast uPVC: A quick-to-install, uPVC modular screening system ideal for fit-outs and renovation works in low footfall areas, and creation of secure site welfare rooms and accommodation.
• Hoardfast Firescreen: A 60-minute fire-rated (EI60) steel-faced hoarding panel, offering strength and fire resistance where floor-to-ceiling barriers are required.
• Hoardfast Soundscreen: A non-combustible, steel faced, sound-reducing hoarding panel (average 34dB reduction) with perforations to one side, ideal for maintaining quieter operational zones.

External Hoarding & Weatherproofing:

• Hoardfence: A relocatable, free-standing external hoarding system ideal for enclosing work compound areas—uses Hoardfast panels, modular steel framing, and concrete ballast blocks. The smooth metal-faced panels allow for seamless graphic application—ideal for site branding or wayfinding.
• Weatherproof Hoarding: Hoardfast Firescreen and Hoardfast Flamescreen offer steel-faced, fire-resistant and flame-retardant protection. Both are suitable for use as weathering panels in window apertures or to seal uncladded buildings under construction.
  

Weather & Dust Protection:

• Flexiscreen: A high-performance, flexible construction screen providing a dust-tight weather seal. It supports short and long-term projects such as terminal extensions or hangar door replacements. Flexiscreen can be fixed to airport buildings to ensure no weather delay, meeting project timelines and protecting operational assets in live environments.

Flexiscreen is also suitable for internal use — segregating live areas during early fit-out works. Designed to fit any size or shape of building or facility, Flexiscreen is relocatable and reusable across multiple project phases.
