Ultra-Low Air Leakage Rate

The patented design significantly reduces energy loss during air delivery, featuring an ultra-low thermal loss rate that ensures minimal temperature drop across the length of the hose. For example, with a 25m hose, traditional designs can experience air leakage rates as high as 15-20% and cooling losses of 7-8°C. In contrast, Shenling’s patented hose technology reduces air leakage rate to less than 0.1% and lowers cooling loss rate from 0.3°C/m to just 0.05°C/m. This significant improvement helps maintain optimal cabin conditions, maximizes the energy efficiency of the PCA system, and delivers long-term cost savings for airport operations.

Superior Wear Resistance

In addition, Shenling’s hoses are equipped with external wear-resistant rubber strips, providing outstanding abrasion resistance even under frequent handling and harsh ground conditions. This greatly extends the service life of the hose, reduces maintenance needs and minimizes operational downtime.

Automatic Hose Reel (Optional)

Specifically engineered for use with PCA units, this system enables fully automated extension and retraction of the hose, eliminating the need for manual handling.
