Pan-Asian cuisine at Zurich Airport's new Center Bar

The “Center Bar and Kitchen” re-opened on 17 December 2019 after two months of refurbishments and is welcoming guests in a new ambiance with culinary highlights and a direct view of the apron.

After two months of refurbishments, the “Center Bar and Kitchen” in the Airside Center at Zurich Airport reopened in mid-December 2019 with a new look and pan-Asian cuisine. The stylish ambiance with plenty of wood together with brass and furnishings in elegant earthy tones invite guests to linger. Guests at the Center Bar can enjoy a coffee at any time of day, prepared with the carefully processed house roast “il baretto – Caffè dal 1935”, or an aperitif at the cosy bar with a view of the open kitchen and the skill of the sushi chef.

Guests who would like to enjoy culinary delights before departure or while in transit will find a comprehensive selection of pan-Asian cuisine on the à la carte menu. They include signature dishes such as ahi tuna poke, Hainan chicken, Massaman beef curry and a number of sushi creations prepared freshly by our sushi experts. We rely on experienced sushi chefs who excel at their craft and who can transport our guests on a short trip into the world of sushi. The newly designed location has plenty of seating, making it ideal for a relaxed get-together or a business meeting over lunch or dinner. Passengers in a hurry or who only have a short time available can order the entire breakfast range, various beverages and sushi boxes as “Take Away and Fly” in advance via the online shop. The Center Bar team will prepare your order freshly and ensure that it is ready for you to pick up at the specified time.
This restaurant has the longest opening times in the Airside Center and is open 365 days a year, from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
