Date 04.06.2026

Over the last decade, the GSE industry has evolved rapidly. Driven by the pursuit of low-emission and sustainable development, the electrification of airports is accelerating. The battery-powered eGPU is no longer the future. It is the solution for today. That is why AEME GSE developed the ECOTUG 90/180.

The latest ECOTUG features AEME’s S400 solid-state GPU as the converter, integrated with high-performance CATL batteries (BC3/BC5). This synergy delivers leading power stability, superior safety, and high energy density. Engineered for excellent environmental adaptability, the ECOTUG optimizes eGPU power output performance in line with global aviation industry standards.

Product Highlights

Reliable Power Supply
The ECOTUG 90/180 delivers clean and stable 400Hz power as a sustainable alternative to fuel-powered APUs. Leveraging the S400 solid-state GPU with AEME’s LVRTech™ (Low Voltage Ride Through Technology), it remains resilient against short grid voltage dips, ensuring reliable power for aircraft.

Leading Battery Technology
Combining CATL’s leading LFP batteries (BC3/BC5) with advanced power electronics and BMS technology, the ECOTUG offers high energy density, enhanced safety, and strong environmental adaptability.

BMS
The battery management system monitors key parameters in real time. A three-tier protection strategy consisting of audible and visual alarms, remote platform alerts, and automatic forced sleep mode enables proactive risk management and improved operational safety.

Flexibility
The ECOTUG offers high operational flexibility to meet specific power requirements and site conditions. Its mobile chassis design enables easy deployment across a variety of applications, addressing power challenges at remote stands and supporting rapid response during emergencies.

Safety
The battery cabinet features an automatic fire suppression system. The composite detector and internal algorithm trigger pack-level fire protection. An external manual fire switch is provided for emergency operation.

Environmental Adaptability
The thermal management system, including heating, cooling, and insulation functions, supports stable operation, reduces temperature-related risks, and helps extend battery life.

Amid growing global demand for sustainable solutions, the ECOTUG 90/180 supports the transition to cleaner ground operations by improving power efficiency while significantly reducing emissions and operating costs.
